Online Booking Terms
Vacation Trip India offers an online booking facility as a value-added service to customers. You may request bookings for various services through this platform. However, your request is not confirmed until we verify service availability and prices, and send you a confirmation. We are only obligated to provide the services after confirmation and receipt of full payment as per the applicable terms.
Any communication before official confirmation should not be interpreted as an agreement or booking approval. All bookings are subject to availability and may be declined at the discretion of Vacation Trip India or its affiliated service providers.
It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided during booking—including contact details—is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation of your booking at your own risk and cost. We also reserve the right to limit transactions using specific credit cards.

Passport and Visa Requirements
A valid passport and visa are mandatory for entering India. International travelers must ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the end of their trip and contains at least two blank visa pages.
Some nationalities are eligible for India’s ‘Visa on Arrival’ facility—please check with the Indian Embassy or Consulate in your home country for the latest rules.
If your itinerary includes travel to countries like Nepal or Bhutan, and you plan to re-enter India afterward, you will need a double-entry or multiple-entry visa.
It is solely the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled before travel. Incomplete or incorrect documentation may result in denied entry or delays for which Vacation Trip India cannot be held responsible.

Cancellation Terms

If you need to modify or cancel your existing Tour Contract, you may do so at any time before your tour begins. However, the request must be submitted in writing to Vacation Trip India and will be governed by the cancellation policy outlined below.

The official date of cancellation or change will be considered the date on which we receive your written request.

Please be aware that any modifications or cancellations related to domestic or international flights booked through Vacation Trip India as part of your travel plan will be subject to the respective airline’s rules and regulations. All fees or penalties arising from such changes will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking. Any unused travel services or transportation will be refunded promptly, unless the traveler provides written instructions to Vacation Trip India stating otherwise.

If you fail to make payments as per the agreed schedule or decide to cancel your trip, a refund will be initiated after deducting applicable cancellation charges. The refund will be processed within 15 days from the earliest of the following dates:

a) The originally scheduled departure date,
b) The date on which your refund request is received,
c) The date of cancellation initiated by Vacation Trip India.

In cases where cancellations occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Vacation Trip India—such as natural disasters or other force majeure events—a full refund will be issued after deducting any non-refundable charges. This will also be done within 15 days, taking into account any payments already made to third-party suppliers that are non-recoverable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in Indian Rupees through cheque, based on the prevailing exchange rate on the date of refund, and will comply with all relevant laws and regulations in India.

Important: No refunds will be provided in the case of a “no-show” unless otherwise decided solely at the discretion of Vacation Trip India.

These refund terms are governed by the laws of India.
